Our WorkFlow
Client requests are gathered—specifying enclosure needs, dimensions, environmental conditions, accessory preferences, and any certifications required.
The design team translates requirements into detailed concepts using advanced tools (2D/3D), ensuring flexibility, compliance (e.g., IEC/AS/NZS standards), and optimal fabrication planning.
The proposed design—including layout, materials, and specs—is reviewed for compliance and feasibility. This includes client sign-off, especially if custom or special enclosures are involved.
Using precision techniques (e.g., powder coating, cutouts, modular assembly), enclosures are fabricated—standard or bespoke—according to the approved design and quality standards like ISO 9001.
Enclosures are assembled, surface-finished (e.g., RAL colour), and undergo thorough testing—weather resistance, ingress protection (IP), impact rating (IK), and internal arc tests, as relevant.
Finished products are delivered with documentation, installation support, and optional accessory provision. FPSTEEL maintains post-delivery support, ensuring long-term equipment protection and client satisfaction.
